Otto & Bear’s Letters Ltd is a subscription-based service delivering story letters to children and families worldwide. Subscriptions are available in digital format, paper format, or both.

By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscription Types & Renewal

Monthly Subscription

Your card will be charged each month.

Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

You may cancel or pause at any time.

Yearly Subscription

You are charged once for 12 months of letters.

There is no recurring billing.

The subscription automatically ends after 12 months.

Automatic End of Service

All subscriptions end automatically after 12 letters (12 months).

2. How to Manage Your Subscription

You may:

Update your email address

Update your mailing address

Pause or cancel your subscription

via the customer account created at checkout.

3. Email & Mailing Address Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email and mailing address are accurate and up to date.

• Letters sent to an outdated or incorrect email or address are considered delivered.

• If this happens, we will happily resend digital letters for free.

• For paper letters, replacements can be mailed at the current postage cost.

• Address or email changes must be submitted at least 7 days before the next send         date.

4. Paper Letter Mailings

By purchasing a paper subscription, you acknowledge:

• Each letter is printed and mailed by hand.

• Once a letter enters the mailing queue, it cannot be cancelled.

• We replace lost or damaged letters free of charge.

• If a letter is returned to us due to an outdated address, we can resend it - postage fees apply.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow the rules outlined on our Refund Policy page.

Yearly refunds are prorated after the first letter has been delivered.
Monthly subscriptions cancel at the next renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content  including but not limited to text, illustrations, graphics, characters, and storylines is the exclusive intellectual property of Otto & Bear’s Letters Ltd.

Under no circumstances may any part of the letters or illustrations be:

• reproduced

• distributed

• modified

• shared publicly

• sold or used commercially

without written permission from the owner/artist.
